ValidateIt is a startup idea validation platform that helps founders research, benchmark, and validate business ideas through community intelligence tools, peer validations, expert reviews, and analytics.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Features and pricing may change over time with reasonable notice to users.

By using ValidateIt, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Not submit ideas or content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs or infrastructure.
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share account access.

ValidateIt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The Pro plan is priced at ₹499/month (early bird pricing, subject to change). Payment is processed securely via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Pricing changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email.

We offer a 24-hour refund window from the date of payment. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within the first 24 hours, contact us at hello@validateit.app for a full refund.

After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable. This includes cases where a subscription is cancelled mid-cycle — access remains until the billing period ends, but no partial refund is issued.

Your content — the ideas, problems, and solutions you submit remain yours. By posting publicly, you grant ValidateIt a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and share your content within the platform.

Platform content — the ValidateIt brand, design system, algorithms, and generated reports are owned by ValidateIt and may not be reproduced or commercialised without written permission.

ValidateIt is a respectful community of Indian founders. Users must not:

• Post spam, promotional content, or off-topic material.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members.
• Submit fake or misleading ideas to game the validation system.

Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

ValidateIt provides idea validation tools for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the commercial success of any idea validated on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValidateIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
